2. Services Provided

EuroGrant Consulting provides:

  • Online educational courses on EU funding programmes (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, CERV, etc.)
  • AI-powered planning and analysis tools (Project Idea Generator, Budget Planner, Eligibility Checker, etc.)
  • EU project consultancy, advisory, and capacity-building services
  • Partnership development and project management support

Important limitation: We do not guarantee funding success. Funding decisions are made exclusively by EU institutions and national agencies, subject to programme budgets, competition, and eligibility criteria entirely outside our control.

3. Subscription Services — Recurring Billing

Some services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

  • Billing cycle: Monthly, charged on the same date each month as your initial subscription
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending access.

4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer (purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes), you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

However, by accessing digital content (courses, tools) immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. This does not affect your rights under our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy), which is more favourable than the statutory minimum.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact: [email protected]

5. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and intellectual property on this platform are the exclusive property of EuroGrant Consulting or its licensors, protected by EU copyright law (Directive 2019/790/EU) and international intellectual property treaties.

Upon purchasing a subscription or course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes. You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content

  • AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or consultancy advice
  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • You are solely responsible for verifying AI-generated content before using it in any official application or submission
  • EuroGrant Consulting accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

  • Use our tools to prepare fraudulent EU grant applications
  • Circumvent subscription access controls

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and national law:

  • EuroGrant Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of funding, loss of profits, or loss of data
  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for the accuracy of EU funding information, which is subject to change by EU institutions without notice

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
