Refund Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription or purchase, without giving any reason.
However, by accessing digital content (courses, AI tools, platform features) immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Courses)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. This is more generous than the statutory minimum. Conditions:
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- You must have completed less than 30% of the course content
- One refund per customer per course
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period, except where required by law.
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund for the current period.
- Upgrade: Takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in the current billing period.
- Cancellation by us: If we terminate your subscription without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for unused days.
4. Consultancy Services
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled session: Full refund
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund (unless cancelled by us)
- No-show: No refund
- Cancellation by EuroGrant Consulting: Full refund or reschedule at your choice
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your full name and email address
- Order reference number (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact your national consumer protection authority.
